Hosting

This site is self-hosted: it runs on hardware owned and operated by KIORA at the address above, over a business connection provided by Free Pro (Free SAS). There is no third-party hosting provider between you and us, and no cloud CDN in front of the site. For anything host-related — including takedown requests — write to contact@redemo.io.

Payments

Subscriptions are billed by KIORA through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own payment page and never reach our servers — we only ever see the outcome of a payment and the billing email. What you are buying, and what happens when you cancel, is in the Terms.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, code and the demo video on this site belong to KIORA, except third-party trademarks, which belong to their owners and are used here only to describe and compare products factually. Demo videos rendered for a customer belong to that customer, as set out in the Terms. Spotted something inaccurate about your product on one of our comparison pages? Tell us and we will correct it.

Personal data

KIORA is the data controller for redemo.io. What is collected, why, where it is stored and how to have it deleted is in the Privacy policy; how we handle demo-account credentials is in Security. Under the GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion or portability at any time by writing to contact@redemo.io, and you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
