Plain-English privacy policy

This page covers redemo.io, the marketing site. Signing up, connecting your product, and billing all happen on app.redemo.io, a separate application — "Get started" hands you off there. This site itself collects very little:

• Anonymous analytics: which pages you visit and whether you click through to the app, via Plausible — cookie-less, aggregate-only, nothing tied to you as an individual.
• An advertising conversion tag, only while we're running Google Ads: it loads Google's gtag.js on this site so ad spend can be measured against results, and again on app.redemo.io — just once, the moment you sign up for the first time — so a click on one of our ads can be credited all the way to a real signup rather than just a visit here. It's the one third-party script we run, and we turn it off outside active campaigns.

Once you're on app.redemo.io, the app collects what it needs to run your account and render videos — including, if you connect a product, the URL and login of a demo or staging account so our recording pipeline can capture it. Those credentials are stored encrypted, used only by the pipeline, accessible only to it and the founder, never shared with third parties, and deleted when you cancel or on request. Full detail on that part is in our security page. We recommend a dedicated demo account — never your production admin.

• Understand which pages and channels bring visitors who actually try the product.
• Measure whether ad spend is working, when a campaign is live.
• Run your account, connect your product, and render your videos — on the app side.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone. Analytics data is aggregate and cookie-less; the advertising tag is the only exception to "no third-party cookies," and only while it's switched on.

Everything the app collects is stored on our own infrastructure, self-hosted in the EU, not with a third-party form or CRM provider. Transport is TLS-encrypted.

Email us at contact@redemo.io and we'll show you, correct, or delete everything we hold about you — usually within a few days, always within 30. You can also clear the attribution data on your side at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
